When placing an order or requesting customization, you agree to provide accurate technical requirements, drawings, samples, and contact information. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion, such as in cases of unclear requirements, technical infeasibility, or suspected violations. For customized parts, payment terms (including advance deposits) will be specified in the quotation or service agreement; failure to pay as agreed may result in order cancellation or production delays.
All intellectual property rights related to our product designs, manufacturing technologies, drawings, trademarks, and website content belong to us or our authorized partners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit these materials without our prior written permission. For technical documents or design files provided during the customization process, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely for verifying and accepting the customized products.
You agree to use our products and services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use our hardware components for illegal purposes, tamper with product structures, or reverse-engineer our manufacturing technologies. When providing design materials or technical requirements, you warrant that you have the legal right to do so and that the materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You shall promptly notify us of any quality issues, technical discrepancies, or unauthorized use of our products.
We guarantee that our precision hardware products meet the technical requirements specified in formal agreements and industry standards. However, we do not warrant that the products will be suitable for all specific applications, and your use of the products shall be based on your own technical verification. Our liability for product defects is limited to repairing, replacing the defective parts, or refunding the corresponding portion of the payment, as specified in our warranty terms. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including production losses, business interruption, or third-party claims) unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
These Terms remain in effect until the completion of product delivery, payment settlement, and warranty obligations. We may terminate or suspend your order or customization service immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to fulfill payment obligations, or provide false information. Upon termination, you must cease using our proprietary materials and return any confidential design documents. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations and warranty claims.
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal changes, business adjustments, or product updates. For material changes, we will notify you via email, our official website, or other reasonable channels at least 30 days before the effective date. Your continued use of our products or services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes; if you disagree, you must stop using our products or services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court in the city where our company is located.
